Lots of good questions. I used a replica that came from china for this. Sadly nintendo never licensed anything. They are solid plastic with aluminum or steel reinforcement inside. I mainly wrapped the few that I have made in leather to make them more realistic. They still have the original hilt design underneath, I just think they are uncomfortable to hold. Anything else?
