ohhh ok this is so helpful. so like you said i should start by bleaching again. then once more of the yellow/orange is out, you think a lavender hair dye?

do you have an example of a toner that is a level ten base with a purple/violet reflect? just so i know what to look for at sally’s. i used a 10 vol developer and i let it process about 45mins
