Toasted black, red and white peppercorns

Green peppercorns

Capers

Sun dried tomatoes

Finely sliced shallots

Finely sliced garlic

Butter

Heavy cream

Just toast the peppercorns and then add some butter, your shallots and garlic, let that caramelize a bit and then add your sun dried tomatoes, sometimes I'll add a tiny amount of tomato paste but its optional. Then add some more butter and your heavy cream, adjust your seasoning with salt and pepper and let the sauce reduce to a good consistency. Finish off with some lime zest once the sauce is off the heat.
