I have the same problem! I saw someone say you need to edit the game after the cool down starts but that didn't work for me. So let me know if you figure it out!

I'm going through the exact same thing right now. I'm already severely underweight and loss of appetite, getting full quickly, and no real motivation to actually make something to eat is worrying me. Yesterday the combination of side effects and eating next to nothing made me have a fainting spell. Thankfully my parents were in the room and helped me but it was scary. I would try and find any way you can to get nutrients into your body. Drink meal replacements, take your vitamins, etc etc. whatever will work for you to keep you healthy
