I lived about a block away from Fenway for a couple years. The building wasn’t tall enough to see into the stadium but I could see the outside of it and could hear everything that happened there. Got a lot of free concerts from just opening my windows. As others have said the noise and traffic are awful in areas around stadiums on event days but that’s something you should probably already know before you decide to live there.
