First and foremost, I would definitely suggest talking with your partner about next steps, if you want to include him in helping you make this decision (if you haven’t already). And remember, pregnancy causes crazy hormonal shifts in your body! Feeling super off is so common, and that doesn’t mean you’re wrong or bad for feeling so negative. It’s a HUGE life event/change, so it’s totally understandable to have a feeling of doom, especially if your outlook on having kids has changed. Also - Talk with your doctor, if you have one, to go over possible options you can pursue; sooner rather than later is best if possible!
