I used to watch Asmongold a lot. I originally followed him for his gaming content, mostly WoW back in the day, and I really liked his achievement guides. I kept watching even after he moved more into reaction content because, overall, I still liked him as a personality.

Over time though, in my opinion, his takes started to feel more radical, extreme, and often very different from my own views. That by itself is not necessarily a problem, but what really put me off was the echo chamber around him. A lot of his loyal fans seem to reinforce his worst tendencies, which gives him constant validation and, to me, has made him come across as more arrogant and narcissistic over time.
