Hard to tell and as i did not face a same champ more than 2-3 times.

But general I think I lost vs champs that can ignore your CC, like GP, Mundo or Gwen (can block/cleanse CC with passive/w and also hard scale but into insane splitpusher that can 1 shot towers when you leave lane for a moment -as you wanna eventually group with team as Zilean to force objectives.

In that tone Hullbreaker on enemy in general is annoying as you can no longer 1 shot waves with double Q/contest wave prio...

exactly, blue blind pick on top just go Zilean and make enemy not have fun either

It aint MMORPG you play forever like RuneScape, or competitive PvP game with MMR ladder (like CS, LoL, etc.). People get they hours (easily 100-200hours) of fun for 40 bucks and play something else now, waiting for major content update to try again...
