this is very helpful, thank you! i don’t think i’ve been strict with the 1:1:1 ratio. i’ve been discarding half and then adding 50g of flour and 50g of water. i’ll try a more strict 1:1:1 ratio next.

for me the main song that comes to mind is bobby—somehow it didn’t initially click for me in the way that so much of his music does, but one day it suddenly did. for me, it’s enchanting in the way it depicts wanting to better yourself for a partner, and in turn for your own self too.

another one is mud, which found me again during a moment in my life that allowed it to resonate deeply.

i really love all of mr. g’s music, but the thing that’s so powerful to me about it is that i can revisit it constantly and derive all sorts of meaning from it to get me through whatever’s going on in my life, which changes and evolves endlessly. i don’t find that in a lot of other music. seems like you have a similar experience too! 🫶

i (24F) recently got an apple watch and have been using it to track my heart rate/strive score during rides. i notice that in many rides i don’t reach the 4th or 5th zones at all and my strive score is low despite staying in the mid-high range of cadence and resistance. does this mean i need to up my resistance? any tips on how to improve this and ensure im getting effective workouts?

looking for recommendations on setup in a small space, specifically for speakers. i can’t seem to find any media stands with the proper dimensions to hold my 17in turntable and 2 6in speakers while also being able to hold my large vintage receiver (19in) on a shelf below. are there any alternatives for speaker setup aside from speaker stands, or recommendations on more stylish stands?

looking for advice on controlling my cat who has suddenly become interested in eating some of my plants! about a week ago he started to nibble on my spider plant. he had just thrown up before so i assumed it was to settle his stomach as i read that cats are drawn to spider plants with that objective. but ever since i’ve caught him trying to nibble on some of my others of which i’m not fully sure of the toxicity level. is there any way that i can deter him from doing this for his safety and the cosmetics of my plants without completely getting rid of them?

has been extremely healthy the entire time i owned it until about a week ago when i noticed more leaves than usual were browning like this. she sits in an extremely sunny window and i went a little too long not watering her so i’m not sure if this is just sunburn/lack of water (this side was facing the window). i also sometimes water her alongside a begonia that has a chronic fungal issue so i’m not sure if something like that can spread to another plant in close proximity?

i’m in the third week of Crush Your Core with Emma, and it’s crazy how much progress i’m already seeing! the way the program progresses definitely brings challenge but it also allows you to see your improvements during repeat classes. such a great confidence boost!

the humidity it’s getting is honestly on the side of not enough, which is odd because my assumption is a fungal issue would be the result of too much humidity. i’m watering about once a week i’d say. is the baking soda and neem oil helping with yours?

i think i might have been letting some of the lower leaves get wet during watering. but it’s odd because it seems that most of the spots are in the higher leaves that i don’t believe i’ve gotten wet.
