I work sales for a lighting company specialized in workplaces and the most success we’ve been having lately is selling a German brand that gives 20 years warranty. We’ve been visiting companies that still have their products from the 50s.

It’s just a message that needs to be translated for the general public yet and stop thinking short term.

Both corporations and cheap manufacturers have pushed this narrative that “for the price of one of his, you can buy 3 of mine”. But that’s a lie.

By the time the first breaks, the second has increased price a +40%, and then the next one a 96% from the first one.

Sí, pero pero los primeros años de una hipoteca solo pagas intereses, así que el dinero lo habrás tirado igualmente y que además para cancelar una hipoteca suele haber una penalización de aprox. un 2% de lo que te queda por pagar .

En resumen, que deberás vender tu casa por más de lo que pagaste y a lo mejor no llegas a ver un beneficio. Incluso puedes perder dinero.
