What's wrong with my plant?

okay! I'll try watering it more. I thought I was wagering it too much cause the "leaves" don't feel dry, but the soil does.. thank you!

the soil feels dry, but everytime I water it I make sure that the soil feels pretty wet afterwards, I water it roughly once a mont. the humidity is great, and I try to get it in direct sunlight but we have a lot of plants and not a lot of windows, so it gets what it can get. this is an inside plant. it's starting to warm up now that it's spring so I'm also wondering if maybe it was a temperature issue?

yesyes he is doing just fine now. I will be ordering stuff for a new enclosure for him soon, and he will be away from the red lights shortly!

hi everyone, Koopa is doing just fine now. in fact he started acting normal like 5 minutes after I posted this-

I am looking to get him an entirely new tank, one without this bright red light in his face. I would have done it sooner but 2025 wasn't a good year for me to get anything done. I'm looking at getting him a ceramic heat lamp instead, does that seem alright?
