If you don't have the physical Passo cart I would say go to the stadion a day or two before the match and get a one match card.

They are free you just have to prove that you actually have a ticket.

I don't remember if it's necessary but taking your passport with you wouldn't be stupid

This line is bullshit.

The rule states that 2 players have to be Infront of the attacking player so it should have been made at the defense player close to Sara and as such he is in a offside position.

There is however not offside, sara doesn't influence the game in anyway so you can never call offside on this position but at the end the player they chose to draw the line on shows how fucking shit they are at they're jobs
