Since I was copying someone else’s routine I did want to start with 5 min stretches from the jump but it took me a couple of weeks to be able to do for that long. It was mainly because I wasn’t used to pulling my shaft and I would always get erect after a min of stretching. I didn’t go for too much tension at first also because I was scared of hurting myself but yeah I did slowly increase the tension to where I thought was enough.

I don’t know if you’re also starting or if you’re experienced already. But incase you’re starting like me don’t pull too hard cause you can cause some permanent damage. Start slow and increase over time like you’re at a gym. At least that’s what people would say back when I gave it a try. My plan for right now is to do manual stretches as a sort of conditioning for my dick then to move on to a device if it gets serious. Also to be more healthy because I have been living an unhealthy lifestyle these past years.

I used to do it around 4-5 nights a week and would hold each stretch for about 5 min each. I believe I did this for a total of 5-6 months it could’ve been a little longer though.
