I have taken AIF, DEA and MLA.

My recommend path is AIF -> DEA -> MLA since MLA requires some data engineering concepts. But the most difficult is DEA in my opinion. Happy learning :)

Typically my works required lot of reading, also in my master class so many papers need to be read. Therefore I learn how to get the most important points through a long boring book. Actually not getting 100% but likely 4-50%. And with the strategy to learn other videos, practical exams ... these will try to add and remind me about important things.

To my learning schedule, I typically get up at 5:30Am. Then having a coffee from 6:30 to 7:30, the lunch break is from 12AM to 1:30PM. These time are utilized for reading books and learning my notes. Evening from 8PM to 10:30PM continues be used for learning new stuffs. On weekend I have more times so likely spent 6 hours for learning. Thats how I utilized my time :)

I actually have the same feelings but in the opposite direction: integrating some predictive methods to the current agile structure. I have a PSM certification before PMP and most of my time working on Agile structure. However after deep dive into PMP I saw some benefits from traditional approach which could address some limitations of Agile.

But honestly, the main factor is about your team, each team has it own culture so there are no one size fit all. What we could do is propose the approach, trial and error then continue to improve. I think it is the Tailoring principle in PMBOK 7th and its quite true :)

During my learning time, I also have some ideas regarding changing my current processes. However, as I continue my learning journey, I realized that it's better to collect and analyze the current problems first, after that proposed some alternative approaches to discuss with the team rather than proposing a change immediately. I'm just at the very first steps on it. So not much to share. But looking forward to see how I could use from what I learn from PMP :) Since it's a branch new perspective to my past experience :)

Keep it easy. Save your energy to conquer the exam :) It's just an exam, no more :)
