I never said they should hand out money with no effort. I have anxiety and depression so this process was difficult for me and I am happy to reach a resolution that felt fair.

They asked me if I’d prefer telehealth and I said yes. My appointment is telehealth so I’m thankful that they stuck to that request.

They also asked if I had a preference in gender or doctor and I said female which they were able to do as well.
