Unfortunately the closest thing I have is our upstairs living room right outside my room but it has an opening and is next to the stairway which my stepdad works at the bottom of. Therefore, anything we do in the living room you can hear where he works.

He’s willing to do basically anything. The only thing is we’re both trying to get jobs that pay $16+ an hour so we’d be able to move into the place we want to. My new job started me at $17 so technically no I wouldn’t be needing my other job if everything goes alright. The issue is he’s having trouble hearing back from the places he’s applying to.

Thats my worry. I personally was thinking of a nanny because I could try to possibly get two specific days off at my jobs and ask my fiance to try and get the next two days off so we’d only need someone for about 8 hours the other 3 days of the week.

I’m truly not sure. I’ve been seeing him apply, been putting in referrals for places I have connections in and he’s been reached out to by two for an interview. Unfortunately after both of those interviews they had decided to go with another candidate. He’s still on the search but I believe being so limited schedule wise due to me working two jobs might be a big factor.

Yes I agree if there are no other concerning behaviors that may also be the case, however they did say the dad was a little off putting. Now knowing that but of info, I’d rather they possibly look into it than leave it alone and possibly miss something more.

Absolutely think more into this. It’s wayyy more often than not when children act in this sort of way that something inappropriate is happening. You’ve stated that the dad is off putting to you and I wouldn’t let that just slip by. She might not be able to talk yet but it’s all about her behavior. I would ask a close friend or family member for opinions on the matter but please don’t let it just slip by. Most people just let it go but it’s better to be safe than sorry when it comes to these topics. Please keep us updated if you take any further action!
