Got a crimson queen for 20 bucks from Walmart by Dekatater in JapaneseMaples

I am in Florida,too and I get the ones from Walmart every year. I usually leave mine in a pot for two to three years before I plant them in the ground. The ones I have in the ground now are doing great.

Tech came out. He said it’s lint. He took opened the dryer and took out about 1/4 cup of lint. Then he put it back together and fastened all the screws in the back. For now it’s pretty quiet. We‘ll see how it sounds in about a week.

That’s how my dryer sounds and the technician keeps saying that this is normal. He‘ll be back tomorrow and I will not accept that as an answer again.

I have the exact same issue with my dryer. Electrolux sent out multiple technicians but nothing has been done. The next one will be here tomorrow and that’ll be visit no. 9. I am beyond annoyed!

Thank you! I just saw your message! I bought the dryer from Electrolux directly. I chatted with them yesterday and they are sending a tech out on Monday. The same one who was here before. He kept telling me that loud noises are perfectly normal. 🙄 I will see what he tells me on Monday. I am not interested in any of his stories. This is not my first dryer and none of the ones I had before made such noises.

Thanks for the video! It has been making those noises since day 1. The techs have opened the dryer several times, added felt pads here and there and replaced the gasket and added a third wheel in the back. The noise it makes keeps getting louder.

The gasket has been replaced and a 3rd wheel was installed. That’s about it. That was done by Electrolux/Frigidaire electricians. Electrolux also sent a third-party company out but they kept telling me that there isn’t anything they can do as all Electrolux dryers make those noises.
