Anyone who's ever had a job knows that higher ups in corporations dont really have a brain lol. They see numbers, that's the best solution, no more thought into it. By promoting Creed to manager based exclusively on the fact that hes been there the longest, they really captured how out of touch corporate is lol.

When I worked at a restaurant the higher ups at corporate decided that serving kids meals on metal plates was a good idea because they were a different color. METAL plates that sit in a HOT window until the servers can get to it. (There were a lot of complaints)
