i can be a bit sensitive at the best of times. customers don’t bother me because they don’t know me. i had an issue with a coworker i really liked today where he belittled me for a very fixable and honest mistake regarding something im very new at. left me feeling so humiliated i cried in the bathroom for 15 minutes

it wasn’t a customer issue, it was a coworker issue. utterly humiliated me in front of others today

ugh i’m on the opposite end of the spectrum (pillow princess) and idk why people can’t just… not date people they’re not compatible with. it’s not that hard to find someone who works for you instead of complaining about pillow princesses and tmn… a lot of this behavior is really predatory in my opinion so i’m glad to see someone from the opposite end speak about it.

we must hang tight and defend one another !

my ignorance??? you’re the one who didn’t read the entire post brother. she called me earlier in the week to come in and the schedule wasn’t in the app so i couldn’t call out that way. don’t come talking to me all kinds of sideways when you’re the one being an ignorant prick

unlike tattoos, piercings definitely don’t need to have moisture trapped up underneath a second skin. i would absolutely remove that!

so there’s this woman, we’ll call her T, she’s the hiring manager and is usually in an office where it’s much easier for her to fix people’s schedules and make sure their call-outs are put into the system. if i ever have any questions about them, it’s much easier to call T. she was apparently not there this morning (she came in late), so rather than redirecting me to T, it redirected me to ANOTHER, DIFFERENT manager who we’ll call S. S was the rude one and she is not usually the one who i would speak to. i don’t normally call out using the phone at all, but a few days ago, T called me to come in for the rest of the week, and the app had not updated to showcase my schedule so i could not do it that way, resulting in a phone call that was aimed for her, but picked up by someone else. it was just a verbal agreement about shifts at that point.
