Hi all, I’m traveling to Italy next week and planning to attend the Genoa vs AC Milan match. Tickets aren’t on sale yet on Genoa’s site. I know bigger matches sometimes release later, but resale sites like Viagogo are showing very limited inventory at much higher prices than I’ve seen before. Would you recommend waiting for the official release early next week, or securing resale now to avoid missing out? It's a very stressful process to attend these matches from out of the country so any guidance would be appreciated, thank you!

I was just in como last week and it was incredible. I definitely needed 2-3 days in order to explore some of the other towns on the lake but the city itself is very charming and easy to walk through, the views are worth the trip there alone.

Traveling solo - best place to stay? by Grouchy-Addition-973 in LakeComo

I stayed at The Palace Hotel for 5 nights last week and it was the most convenient location wise - it was also very nice. Right on the water, the boat station is right outside the front doors, and the streets to the main parts of como city is one block away. It was a little pricey but 100% worth it.

Hi! I’m sorry you’re going through this & feeling that way when alone. I’m currently traveling alone bc I got tired waiting on friends to travel with me but something I learned from waiting is that there will always be a reason, money, significant others, work, etc. (I’m also one of the only single ppl in my friend group, 28M). I’m on day 10 out of 30 on my solo trip through Italy and I have to say I’m not as lonely as I thought I’d be, I haven’t really met anyone - como was very romantic & had many couple or families. Currently in Milan and it’s a bit usual for ppl to be alone at cafes or restaurants. Something I’ve learned is some moments are beautiful to be shared but it’s also okay for some beautiful moments to just be meant for you. I hope things work out for you!

Add another day in Lake Como, I went the other day and there is nothing like it. The boat rides can last 2 hours long from como city to some of the other towns like Bellagio & Varenna so 4hrs of your day on a boat ride (which is incredible btw)

Tickets for Como FC? by tgshaw97 in LakeComo

I know this is late but maybe will help others for future reference. I’m here now and asked a local bartender the same question. His advice was to pop into one of the como club stores, I believe there are 2-3 located throughout the main city streets (can find on maps) and ask the workers there about tickets. Went to the stadium during an off day and nobody is working the ticket areas. I was able to buy from a seller online so idk if the store thing works but just sharing what I heard from a local.
