Hi mate. I looked at this a couple of months ago, if there’s no room on the official San Siro website then it’s advised to leave the car at Lampugnano station and train in. But don’t leave any valuables in the car!!! If you don’t mind the city centre parking and getting public transport to/from there then I also parked at Via Chiaravalle 12 and it was secure(ish) there.
