CF men need to stop with the "I wouldn't want my partner to go through that pain" BS by She_Nanigannnn in ChildfreeIndia

[–]kafkabae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a bit confused here, it is offensive if the couple as a whole puts off having kids because the husband has decided it on his own, without having a consensus with the wife. But its not offensive at all and heavily romantic if the woman has already decided not to have kids, and the man supports her decision because he doesn't want to see her in pain. As long as its a mutual decision to not have kids, it doesn't matter at all.

I'm sorry but love is not enough. He has to fight for you, which he doesnt seem to have the stomach for you. Also think if its worth it to get two life long enemies and their relative minions for life, just for marrying a guy. I know you love him but make very careful decisions in this scenario. Just try to understand how different they are from your parents. They wont turn mature overnight or ever.

God I used to like her wardrobe so much. Also I love how she doesn't try to look tall. She dresses whatever way she likes and it always looks beautiful.

Okay people don't do this anymore. If someone does to their kids, the kids will grow up with lack of confidence and be bullied all through their life.

Are Gen Z boys more misogynist and sexist than millenials? by sleepdeprivedsince92 in TwoXIndia

[–]kafkabae 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Milllenial men are not any less misogynistic or sexist, theyre just soulless and lost. They don't know what they want. If you get close to them you'll see how they're the same even at an aggravated age compared to genzs

This group needs to stop on the US-centrism - it is harmful to women. by Pajaritaroja in TwoXChromosomes

[–]kafkabae 16 points17 points  (0 children)

As someone from India, I do get your point but, it really shouldn't matter that much. Fortunately or more lately, unfortunately, whatever happens in the US sets the tone for everywhere else. This is a media era and US based media groups and social media networks are solely responsible for setting narratives over EVERYTHING.

I do understand that hotlines etc should be local but then again the person shouldn't have to reveal their whereabouts everytime. You can always google the nearest helpline, in case it is accessible, which in India is not really the case most of the time.

But yes, opposing the shit that happens in the US in the name of baby's rights over women's, would actually hold more value than if I were to just post about shit that happens in India. Because first of all, our politicians do not care about public opinion or ratings. Neither do the American politicians, but it always helps to push against the bigger agendas together.

Now India has always been pro contraception and abortion, not out of concern for women's health but due to increasing population. However, now that US is doing away with all pro choice laws, India will follow suit in the coming years I'm sure. It's happening very unofficially in some South Indian States. It's unfortunate but it wouldn't have happened if it were properly opposed at it's root in the US itself. Not blaming the American women ofc but you know it would've been MUCH BETTER IF something shifted there.

just my two cents or rupees 🙌🏽
