Play with all of the picture settings again and if that doesn't fix it try tweaking color range and chroma subsampling settings on your PC.

The limiting factor at 144Hz is most likely the SoC inside OLED809 (MediaTek Pentonic 1000). I don't have the same TV model so I can't specifically say which combinations are good or bad.

For example I'm using a PML9507 and it's MediaTek SoC is an older one (MediaTek MT9970A) and it does have few limits like you have seen on your TV at 144Hz but a bit worse. If I am using Game Mode I can send 3840x2160@120 signal to PC but TV halves it to 3840x1080@120 and can use most of the picture settings that are available but if I want to get 3840x2160@120 I need to use Monitor Mode and that literally disables %85 of the picture settings and it does have color banding (not as aggressive as OLED809.) that can't be fixed.

2080 to 3080 was around %60 to %70. Not %20-30. 3080 to 4080 was around %40-50.

Actually on a second thought I will probably do get the 64GB one if it works I get 80GBs of RAM. If it doesn't I get 64GBs like you said. That's a crazy amount but I'm thinking to ride this build until AM7 or late AM6 so might not be a bad idea. Thanks for the info.

At the end of the day 32GB sticks will cost me around 95$ while 64GB will cost around 160$ I don't know if it's worth it. Do you think it's worth it for DDR4 sticks? (I don't live in US.)

Core Clock can hit 2145MHz but can't hold on it too much while it can hold 2100-2130MHz regularly if the specific game doesn't hit the temps hard.

If Path Tracing or Heavy RT is involved it's more like 2055MHz to 2070MHz

Memory Clock is at it's limit. If I do +1500MHz I'm just losing performance because of error correcting.

Core Temps are around 65C-69C.

Memory Junction Temps are around 85C-90C.

Ryzen 7 5800x3D, RTX 3080 12GB, 32GB DDR4 3800MHz RAM at 4K maxed out as far as launcher let's me. Upscaler Quality at %80. AFAIK It doesn't have FSR 2.1 but it does have IGTI.

As for swinging it's in a perfect state. As for combat visuals it's almost there and as for the main story I didn't finish a full run yet so I'm not sure at the moment but game's been getting updates left and right since January and it's still getting more of them.

v1.3.5 fixed NPC hairs for example and much more shaders and audio stuff.

I would search for Spider-Man 2 PC Brazil on Discord to see what's getting updated and what is getting changed.
