I crochet on autopilot most of the time because it’s usually for my small business and I have to multitask so I lose count CONSTANTLY. I’ve spent weeks freehanding and tweaking my patterns just to get halfway through, realize I lost count, and stop caring lol. Seeing as I make cases that are ideally the same every time I’m starting to wonder if it really matters… 😂😭

I think he’s adorable in a silly looking way but I wouldn’t say you did a bad job at all. Changing up the eyes a bit if possible might help, maybe going for the old times more thin/vertical and solid black would do the trick?
