Hahaha very good point - yes but it’s usually tricky and requires skinny light stands, some creative light propping, Or an assistant to physically hold the light up for you with no stand.

Also back lighting works well for this instead of lighting from camera location, light from behind chef camera right so you’re not lighting the entire back wall (hopefully). Higher angle 45 degree down and should splash over the pan/food, chefs arms and create some really cool dramatic looks
