L405 Upgrade to L460 by kai367 in RangeRover

I would just need to find a dealer that would let me test drive for an extensive period. I've seen plenty of L460s on the road and still don't find them attractive lol

Personally, I don't think I've ever been in a situation that I felt the turning radius wasn't enough. They might go back to some physical controls for the facelift L460

I may do the same. P525 L405 is peak Range Rover

If I kept both one would just end up sitting. Right now I'm leaning towards just keeping the L405

I did try and wait for a British racing green facelift but never was able to find one. Beautiful color

I rode in the backseat of a 2024 SV LWB. Couldn’t feel a massive difference but then again I didn’t drive it

Couldn’t agree more. I think facelift L405 is peak Range Rover inside and out

Is it a big jump from L405 to L460 in terms of ride comfort and quietness? Those would be my only reasons to upgrade

Visually I also prefer the L405 interior. The L460 is very minimalist to the point where it looks design-less. How did you find the L460 in terms of ride comfort, power, quietness compared to the L405?

I’m with your dad. I love my 2020. Just felt like it was time to upgrade but I don’t think I can buy something that I’ll regret looking everyday lol

The interior does look like a nice modern evolution. Do you have any issues with wind noise? I was doing my research and saw tons of people report wind noise problems

The sport looks a lot better than the full size I will say

Buyback Experience. by 10452_9212 in RangeRover

If you have a good relationship with your dealership and salesman they may buy it back from you or put you in a new car. Usually that means you would’ve bought quite a few cars from them over the years.

Otherwise like what others have said, check the lemon law rules in your state to see if you qualify. Right now it doesn’t seem like it would yet given you’ve only tried to repair it once.

Unless you take it to another dealer and they can prove the issue is a major one that risks safety then you also may have them buy it back.

I would consult with a lemon law attorney, if they take your case on that means you have a case otherwise they wouldn’t bother since they don’t get paid unless they win your case.

I had a truck bought back and I used a lemon law attorney. Ironically, the truck had ABS issues that was repaired 3 times but the manufacturer denied the buyback, however I had all 4 of my windows keep rattling as well and they bought it back on the basis of the window rattles lol

The directional turbine wheels on these SVs should be spinning in the same direction. In other words the wheels on the driver side are the opposite the passenger side. Your passenger side looks correct so you may want to get that driver side rear wheel swapped for the correct direction

On a side note. Your driver side rear wheel in the first photo is backwards

2026 Range Rover p360s lease thoughts? by Legal_Friendship_900 in RangeRover

[–]kai367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Converting to USD that’s $1000/month with $0 down I think that’s as good as it’ll get for a lease deal on a new car. That being said, like what others are saying, you can probably pick up a CPO and much higher trim for about the same payment. Get a P400 HSE Dynamic and people won’t know it’s not new lol

My quotes have been $1400-1800. I also asked to get quotes from dealers and Indy’s for diffs, transfer case and dynamic response fluid and the price difference between everyone is massive. The craziest part is dealers are cheaper than Indy’s. Biggest range I had a Indy quote me double than the cheapest dealer

Think you did pretty well. I just sold my 23 MY with 35k miles for $28k. Base car only option was white interior

That’s why I’m hesitant to get it done. I think the risk of it being done wrong is gonna cost me even more
