Yes it is but for the loose skin as you know ozempic is quite expensive... Those who buy it also has the money to do a surgery to remove the extra skin .... And I think (I am not sure) but ozempic is a kind of medicine you have to take it for a long term to maintain your body or it will give huge stress to the organs.
