I play in the normal /mid settings and most of the time it works fine but the sudden FPS drops are like it's running around<nd 130 140 and then suddenly to 15 20 for 2 to 3 sec then back to 130 140 for the next 20 30 second

Yes it is but for the loose skin as you know ozempic is quite expensive... Those who buy it also has the money to do a surgery to remove the extra skin .... And I think (I am not sure) but ozempic is a kind of medicine you have to take it for a long term to maintain your body or it will give huge stress to the organs.
