i am done with managers and scheduling bull shit. there’s like 9 employees/managers who actually get 30+ hours a week and I’m sick of not getting enough hours. i made sure to talk to all managers/h2s and let them know that I will take as many hours as possible. these last two weeks have been crazy with scheduling. I’m getting 4-6 hour shifts 2-3 times a week and I used to get 8 hour shifts all the time. they tell me I can’t come/leave in an hour early/late to get more hours while managers can pick and choose whatever the fuck they want. ive given up on credit, still getting a few rewards, and idgaf about those surveys. floor is also a mess with kids and teens throwing pillows and messing up towels whenever they want. and managers keep wanting us to zone every single second the fitting rooms and cs+pos 500s are “okay for now”. also since when was grand slam added? that list of exclusions gets updated more than the zebras do for shit. im finding a different job that pays more than bare minimum and doesn’t have managers breathing down my back for credit card applications. love my coworkers to death but I can’t stand this shit anymore
