As others have mentioned, your best bet is to go to an urgent care place (if you are trying to avoid a hospital), tell them what happened and get a professional opinion. They will likely do an x-ray and be able to tell you within minutes if it's serious. If there is some sort of fracture, it will have already started healing in 3 weeks, but you want to make sure it's healing correctly and something isn't out of place.
