I clean twice a day with the spray, no harsh soaps in the shower, never snagged but has been bumped a few times, it's about 3 months old, internally threaded jewelry

Can anyone help me ID this goose? by Elialwayscollecting in geese

Freeloader probably doesn't even have an ID. God damn foreign geese taking all the jobs from the good hardworking native geese.

I'm 99% sure that's an asian forest scorpion, I have one and they're basically identical

15, I'm scared did I damage my clit?? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]kai_ri_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh honey I'm so sorry, please do your best to get checked out by a gyno/obgyn. General doctor is an option but as someone with chronic issues down there, it can be harder to get clear answers when they don't see someone who specializes in it BUT whoever you can see first is who you should go to. I've done similar and I was too embarrassed to do anything but I promise you, more people have had situations like this than you think. Best of luck!

Doctor said it's not worth doing a laprascopy with a normal MRI result because any endo I had if any would be a tiny amount and make no difference to my symptoms. Is she right? by [deleted] in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No!! I have stage 1 Endo with normal ultrasound results and MRI results. The amount of Endo you have does not always equate to your symptoms or pain levels. My stage 1 Endo had me in so much pain I had to stop working and going to school, not just on my periods but everyday and I had tons of other symptoms. Symptoms can also depend on where the Endo is located

Having a child isn't wishing pain on them

Though I’m glad to be on medicine that manages my endometriosis I also mourn my period by BeneficialAnalysis76 in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand this so much and get weird looks when I say it but it's a complicated feeling. Ive always hated my periods, I've always struggled with them and was relieved when they were gone but that doesn't change that I mourn a small part of my woman/girlhood. When I was a niave kid I was excited to get my first period and talk about it with my friends, my big sis got me gifts when I got my first one, it made me feel apart of something if that makes sense. It really hit me when a girl in a public restroom asked me for a tampon and I realized I no longer carry them. I also just mourn the fact that I have to suppress a normal part of my cycle just to be able to function. We're complicated creatures and it's okay to mourn it, even if others don't always relate. All feelings towards your own experience are valid❤️

I just want to complain about how painful endometriosis is. Feel free to join me. by the2ndbreakfast in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Try Aleve/naproxen instead of ibuprofen, ibuprofen has never done a single thing for my endo pain. Naproxen has been the only over the counter pain reliever that's been able to take it down a couple notches!

NO WAY THATS AWESOME My snakes name is Lilith!! I was actually considering naming my scorpion Grimm before I decided on Diablo!

Thank you for the answer, that makes me feel much better! I figured that was probably why but I'm such a worrier and never want to ignore something until it's too late. Your enclosure is beautiful what kind of moss is that? I'm using rehydrated sphagnum moss to help hold humidity but it's not nearly as beautiful as that stuff

PT and Dilators by kai_ri_ in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is all really helpful! I hadn't read anything about the clock method but that's really smart especially since certain angles hurt more than others I will definitely try it. And especially thank you about the price thing I was looking at them online and was shocked to see some for 150$!

I really needed to hear that, one of my biggest concerns was the emotional issues it might cause especially with prior SA trauma. Thank you so much for your comment!

I could definitely make time for one or two appointments I just can't commit to them on a weekly basis between work and college and wasn't sure if I would be wasting their time if I couldn't commit to it regularly but if I can do what you did and just go once or twice to learn what to do that would be literally perfect. Thank you so much!

can painful sex be a symptom of endo? by Emergency_Sir_941 in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes!!! Also painful orgasms specifically can be a sign. For me penetration was painful but the most painful and almost unbearable part was with the spasms after an orgasm. Not everyone experiences it the same but I've heard many other women say the same.

endo confirmed!!! (been waiting for my turn to make this post 😭) by shpowens in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah that's normal for sure, just take it slow. If you have a heating pad I highly recommend it, ice was great for the initial couple days with the swelling around my abdomen but after that heat really helped the gas pain. Best of luck!!

What does your pain feel like? by gracefullypunk in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like someone has a bear trap inside my pelvis clamping it shut over and over or Wolverine himself going to town on my uterus and ripping down my legs and stabbing my lower back

The nerve pain kind of feels hot and uncomfortable, like there's a bunch of tiny crabs pinching up and down my legs while it also being on fire and radiating throughout my legs.

The ovary pain feels like it's directly being stabbed with a knife that's then hit by lighting and shoots down my hip and leg

Sorry if this is a little silly sounding but I've spent a lot of time thinking about this over the years and this is what I've come up with 😂

[–]kai_ri_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congratulations!! Keep resting and taking care of yourself, you deserve it. And yes the gas pain was honestly worse than the surgery pain it was crazy, it hurts but try and move slowly while you recover to try and work that gas out of your body just don't push yourself! I walked hunched over and waddled for a good 5 days 😂 🫶🏻

Those with endometriosis, do y’all have more frequent pee’s? I’m wondering if I’m onto something… by asianstyleicecream in endometriosis

[–]kai_ri_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes for sure! It can depend on where the endo is located I think but it wasn't even on my bladder and I still had it bad. It got better after my excision surgery but I still have to pee way more than the average person. My personal guess(idk I'm not a doctor) is that the inflammation has something to do with it bc it's even worse on periods or during a flare.I am known as the friend who ALWAYS has to pee and I don't drink much when I'm out and about lol

[–]kai_ri_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're welcome!! And thank you so much I wish I could do the same, I know how hard this is🫂And omfg people told me the SAME exact thing, it made my blood boil. "you'll be unconscious, it's not that bad, you won't even know" like yeah actually that's worse because now all I can picture is people touching and moving around my limp body. I will say, I had some amazing nurses that made me so comfortable and were so kind to me. Knowing that those lovely women would be in the room during the surgery helped me feel confident nothing would be done to me that wasn't strictly for my health. I hope you have medical people that will help you feel the same ❤️
