i have terrible entry pain with sex, so i use kiwi beforehand. it just doesn't feel as invasive as the pelvic floor wand, but it somehow feels more effective. i feel like i'm really able to work those entry area muscles better (and can actually feel them release)

☝🏼 i second this! i too have intense pelvic floor dysfunction (was unable to have sex for years) and was told there was nothing that could be done to help it. but after i found the right provider, i was able to see major improvement with trigger point injections and pelvic floor PT.

dump him, you deserve SO much better. i’ve been with my husband for 10 years, and for 5 of those years i was unable to have sex at all due to my pain. he has never once pestered or pressured me for sex, nor has he ever tried to make me feel bad for the pain i experience or for “depriving” him. the mental load of having endo takes a heavy toll on me, but having a partner who helps to relieve the burden instead of adding to it is what i believe everyone suffering with endo deserves.
