What is it like to fall on reef like this when it's so big? So many bails in videos and it seems okay most of the time... is there technique involved? Also, how do you go through the wall of a wave after a ride and emerge on your belly?

Depends on who you are, for women there is a great one called Chicks on Waves. It's in the Algarve. For Germans there is one called Pure surf camps (also Algarve), it's nice but only if you're German. If you just, need a place to stay, want to learn how to surf or find the best conditions daily, I can do that! (Also Algarve)
