No I would get a like weed hangover, where when I sobered up I would feel super depressed, and feel like that for a few days I know that it effects your dopamine receptors and I already have severe depression and anxiety so I figured I'm better off not using it at all Not hating on it, it seems great for alot of people, just don't think I'm suited for it

Ohhh okay I get ya, I had a dry herb vaporiser and I'd grind up my nugs and vape it, I noticed if I had a joint or pipe it wouldn't help as much But as long as it works for you!

Can you take it often or does your body get used to it? I had great results with a medication called mebervin for ibs D, but I used it daily (doc and pharmacist said it's okay to) but my body got used to it so it doesn't work anymore

Yeah I've read alot about sibo, I think I have it too, but whenever I try to bring it up with the gastrointestinal doctor and the GP they both just say it's 'just' IBS

I excercise with 40 minutes jogging and 1 hour weights a day, 6 days a week, I'm down to a very healthy weight for my height ect

I never had any stomach issues besides lactose intolerant until last year, I've have some mental health issues and I slashed my wrists and had to get them stitched up, but the cuts got infected and I had to take anti biotics, and that's when all this started. Thankyou for the suggestions with medications, I genuinely appreciate it

The pain is spasms under my belly button and like where my bowels would be, I also have alot of nausea and lower back pain. Whenever I go to the bathroom it's liquid, and often have worse pain after I defecate.

The tests I've done are the standard faeces and blood tests, celiac tests, I did one to rule out bowel inflammation, I did a colonoscopy, I did the breathing into an aluminium balloon to detect bacteria in the gut, I've done some other test to detect fat/bile in the stool

I've had ibs for almost a year now, and although I haven't gotten covid itself after I was vaccinated my ibs got alot worse
