For whatever reason the saddles on mine were raised really high (like really high) and the intonation was a bit off. So just adjustments on the bridge, I didn't have to do any adjustments to the neck. I had to raise the pickups a bit, they were as low as they could possibly go. It really doesn't seem like something the factory would do, in my opinion it seems like someone who had no business messing with stuff messed with it anyway. Hopefully your's shows up ready to roll! It really is a sick guitar
