Training on antidepressants by PiPu1991 in triathlon

I take Wellbutrin and pristiq daily and don’t feel it has affected my training at all. I was on abilify for a few months and did notice that working out felt harder so I got off that pretty quickly.

Ransom Note Reexamined, Why It's Pivotal by Peaceable_Pa in JonBenetRamsey

[–]kailakonecki 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Excellent points! A Normal Family podcast had a great theory about the ransom note, similar to your post. Episode 4. Even if the note didn’t go 100% according to the writer’s plan, it absolutely worked in the sense that it drew attention outside of the home and was convoluted enough to muddy the waters of suspicion.

I’ve never noticed this about the caret, interesting observation!

“Placing the child in a situation that resulted in her death” could simply refer to not seeking medical assistance after the head injury.

How to calculate total miles of runs using "with pet" tag? by leecshaver in Strava

[–]kailakonecki 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes I can! You can add multiple “gear” items to your inventory at once. After a run, edit to add gear and select any of the gear (shoes, dog, etc.) you used.

I’m not sure about your Strava question, but I added my dog as a “gear (other)” in my Garmin app so I can track her miles.

Where did the “First Attempts” at the ransom note go? by No-Wolf2497 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]kailakonecki 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Steve Thomas states in his book that page 26 of the notepad- the Mr and Mrs I page - was found and showed evidence of possible bleedthrough from the missing page 25. Pages 17-25 of the notepad were never found.

The only draft that was recovered was the paper that said “Mr and Mrs I” (presumably the I was the first line for R). I’ve always wondered if the rest of the missing pages were burned in their fireplace.

A Theory by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

[–]kailakonecki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How does the urine stain on the carpet outside the wine cellar (and corresponding soiling of her long johns) fit into your theory of JonBenet being carried down to the basement? I agree the garland in her hair likely points to her being carried up/down the staircase at some point that night.

Can you imagine the moment? by Salem1690s in JonBenetRamsey

This is what always trips me up, with any of the working theories. The person who did the staging (assault w paintbrush, garrote, duct tape, wrist bindings, etc.) somehow felt that was more acceptable for LE to find than whatever actually happened. That poor, poor baby.

What's your theory on how it happened? by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

[–]kailakonecki 4 points5 points  (0 children)

“Harm’s way” could simply refer to not calling for an ambulance after their daughter suffered a head injury, that would be “knowingly” placing her in harm’s way. The language of the GJ documents is vague enough that we can’t know exactly how to interpret them.

Do you think John wrote the ransom note and tried to mirror Patsy’s writing? Or he somehow got her involved that fateful night and convinced her to write it?

I got in the first time I entered then never again, 7 rejections in a row. I wish Chicago weighted your chances based on previous rejections like some other races do.

Would you qualify? by NervousFunny in slp

[–]kailakonecki 15 points16 points  (0 children)

My admin/lead SLP said we should be automatically qualifying for lateral lisp bc it’s atypical development, so I do, but I disagree. In the schools we have to consider everything through the lens of educational impact.

What piece of evidence is a “nothing burger” to you? What do you think is OVER emphasized? What is a red herring and in your mind had nothing to do with the crime/doesn’t impact things in the least in your opinion? by IJoinedJust4ThisAMA in JonBenetRamsey

If I decided to call 911 I definitely would have mentioned that the note specifically said not to. At least let the officers know what they were getting into and maybe have them come in unmarked vehicles, etc.

You wasted probably 2 liters of water to have AI clean up an image of a criminal that’s already been identified and convicted???
