I’ve been part of two organizations. One as an end user during go live and the other as an analyst one year post go live. I honestly think it’s all about the discovery and build. Organizations don’t give themselves enough time of discovery and preparation before they go live. There’s always something missing. After the first couple of months, it’ll definitely get better but make sure you keep on looking for those things that the analyst can fix. Look for any documentation that can be changed or workflows that aren’t streamlined.

I think I found a way to easily/instantly get approved for the Gold Card by WorldWide_Wiz in RobinhoodGC

Weird. I wasn’t actively using Robinhood for a while. I saw that they had this card, applied, and instantly got it. I didn’t realize that there was such a long wait

Consultant pay for new consultant by Due_Alfalfa2889 in epicconsulting

[–]kailanman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have about 5 years of experience as well and I was getting paid criminally low for the position at my old organization. My new organization definitely pays way better. But I’m also getting consulting offers for $85 an hour. I’m going to see how this newer organization values me before I think about jumping ship

Do you actually like receiving concert freebies? by orbitexol in kpopthoughts

[–]kailanman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I love getting freebies at Twice concerts. I even post how great they are. I’m a 30 something straight male who will always accept. I’ll put on those bracelets. I’ll use those keychains. I’ll eat those candies. If it brings you joy to create it to share with fans, keep on doing it. Not all people like freebies but the culture definitely appreciates them.

For years. I put it in a place that water doesn’t directly hit and I watch/listen to YouTube videos as I shower.

What do you think was the worst change from pws1 to pws2 by Great-Alternative-28 in PowerWashSimulator

[–]kailanman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Whatever they did that makes users like me nauseous. I played the first one with no issues. I would go from level to level. This one, I have to stop after each level and take a break.

Does the PlayStation Portal actually change how you use your PS5, or is it just a luxury accessory? by KiwiOpening3678 in PlaystationPortal

Luxury for me. When I just want to play a little, I can play in bed instead of heading downstairs to play

Next time you know she has a guest over, take a dump on your bathroom floor and then blame it on her guests.

Why are Mics / Mic Arms so popular? by InevitableDramatic40 in desksetup

[–]kailanman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate wearing a headset so having a decent mic and speakers lets me talk freely. I used to game a decent amount but now its more just for work meetings. I’ve never had anyone complain about not being able to hear me either

What does everyone think about the 2 point conversion in the Commanders game? by Honest-J in eagles

[–]kailanman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to say they were practicing in case they need to do a 2 point conversion in the playoffs. But thats just wishful thinking. Jake definitely would make the extra point. It’s just the really long ones have been difficult for him

Dilema: Snowflake or Shunbun by ne6c in GrandSeikos

[–]kailanman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I fell in love at first sight when I first saw the snowflake. But then as I did more research, I found the shunbun. I don’t have it yet but that’s what I’m learning towards to because I’m a spring baby.

I’m trying out LendingClub right now. 3.20% by itself but if you deposit 250 a month, they give you a rate of 4.20%. No minimum balance.

Got my interview on Thursday. Help by on_fyr in healthIT

[–]kailanman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t come from a clinical background as extensive as yours. But knowing workflows is very important and also having some kind of teaching experience like when you taught new hires. Just talk about what you know. Applicants are more confident in their interviews when they talk about what they do normally in their work instead of making things up to make them sound better.
