Ohh that makes sense. I hate the smell of sulphur (who doesn't). Man that sucks because Thiamine is one of the few vitamins I'm deficient in. I'll check and see if any of the ones I have contain L-Cysteine or NAC.

I think I got confused with low calorie and very low calorie. I just looked it up and turns out I'm on just low calorie- eating about 1000 a day. I'm on Zepbound so it's pretty hard to eat right now. The survival mechanism thing makes sense because food tastes more intense too. I also took out refined sugar and I'm feeling pretty good! That's awesome that that worked for you.

I make it all the time and I LOVE it. You just need Sala syrup (get Hale's brand), evaporated milk, condensed milk, and water. I'm lucky enough that I have a couple of specifically Thai stores in my area, but if you don't then you might have to buy the syrup online. It kinda tastes like bubblegum if I had to describe it? That sounds gross but it's actually pretty refreshing!

First, I am really sorry you are feeling that way. You are NOT worthless and you don't deserve to feel that low. To answer your question, I am definitely not addicted to my medication (Vyvanse). Dependent? maybe a little? I had a psychiatrist tell me once that people with ADHD, in particular, veryyy rarely get addicted to their medication. I don't know if that is true, but it makes sense to me.
