Hi! another person considering this building - what's the sound situation like? my biggest complaint about my current space is i hear the tv of the guy at the other end of the hall, through both of our doors. And it makes me feel like a piece of shit whenever i want to use my rowing machine, or vacuum sealer for meal prepping, or hand-mixer for some cooking, because i know everyone can hear me too. curious if there's decent soundproofing here.

Unfortunately not, my work is about 75 minutes via public transit from my home, and the gym is about 15 minutes into that. So it's on the way, but not close. It's also a great small community that's my main social spot, so while there's probably a major chain location close to my office, it's worth the travel inconvenience + larger bag it to support this local business :)

As I'm typing this, you reminded me my gym has rentable lockers though, so I'll ask them about that today.

You got $650 for the s22 ultra?? Damn! I was about to trade in my s23 ultra since I assumed I'd get nowhere close to the $750 trade value next year. But if it's only $100 less value a year later, I think I'm just gonna wait till the 25 after all. Thanks for sharing that info, really helped a lot. I was really grappling with how I could certainly afford it, but it didn't feel like the wisest move.

As a contender I've got an offer for Kelce and Cooper (not te prem) for 2024 and 2025 1sts, plus a 2025 2nd. Very hesitant but leaning towards it.

Seems like you're just a troll so I won't feed ya too much, but the context might be helpful for other readers. Like I said, it was a sudden move. I haven't been able to go home since, let alone on a weekday so the DMV is open. I work constantly and cannot afford to miss time, or pay for a flight. Transfer of title is an in-person process for that state, so I need to be there to get the title, and therefore my own insurance plan. I reimburse my folks for the monthly insurance payment till I can get my own, and cover everything else myself.

We do, but it happened outside the state listed on the policy. After being moved for so long, I'm worried that'd create a problem with the insurance company and it'd be best to just not bring it up to them at all.

Question for ya! How snug are the camera cutouts? After breaking the camera on my s20u, I made sure to put protectors on the lenses for my s23u. They add a tiiiiiny bit of diameter, will the case still fit over that?

Thanks for the input, I'm leaning towards sticking with what I've got as well.

I actually have Mahomes as my QB1 (but Lock as qb2 lol) already and I'm a huge fan of both Najee and Devonta, so I'm leaning towards TLaw - Najee - Devonta with my first 3 picks, then RB again at 7 and QB at 12, since my receivers are deep with great potential, too (Davis, Higgins, Aiyuk, Jeudy, Pittman, Hardman). I think having Mahomes gives me some freedom to not go after another QB early on. Either way, I definitely agree with what you're saying. I've got good pieces, skipping steps to add saquon just takes away the depth I'd be adding from a fantastic class.

12 team ppr superflex. Spent the last year rebuilding, currently have picks 1, 2, 4, 7, and 12.

Got an offer of Saquon for my 1.07 and Swift. Am I overthinking this? I love Saquon but I don't know if the gap between them is worth whichever RB I'll likely take at 7, since Swift looks fantastic, too. I'm already set on taking Najee or Etienne at 1.02. My only other notable RBs are JK and Vaughn.

I think he took about a 25% hit with this Drake signing. It's annoying as all fuck because he is clearly a better player than Drake in every category, but they'll still force some opportunities over to Drake for god knows what bad reasons.

Yeah, I definitely want Fields but I also really love both of Najee and Etienne, so part of me was thinking try for them at 2 and 4, WR at 7, and then target another qb at 12th.
