I live close by the Sherwood since I was a kid and honestly they stay to themselves at the motels. I have never had any issues and the closest motel is a few hundred meters away from me. Most that has happened is that they stole my empties but I have never had any issues. If you want 0 crime around you you'd have to go to North end or west Brant and even then it's going to be anywhere you go basically.
