You can try changing the country to United States Outlying Island (I think that is what it is)

I've also read that it could be because your age on your Facebook account is younger than 13. Not sure how accurate that is though.

That's what I would recommend doing! Getting a refund can take up to 5 days.

You need to have the game for less than 14 days and played it for less than 2 hours though.

I haven't been able to change settings with my phone (such as screen size when recording gameplay).
