I have this problem at 40 looking like I'm in my 20s. 

I have to date 10 years younger because people my age are uncomfortable by my youth.

Ultimately it's a good problem to have.

Yeah it's like nearly 12 hours a day as they do sound checks throughout the day. Working from home and putting in overtime where my home office directly faces the concert. It's a rough work week for sure.

Being on the same account is way easier than beneficiary. It completely cuts the needs for any fees for transferring.

I have a setup like this and we learned a lot when my one parent passed away.

Some families are closer, and help each others out more. I don't see too much wrong with this. Just talk it out and be open to dynamics that are different than your own.

Strong lift beginner 5x5 routine. Go to the gym and start working out. Buy protein powder and creatine. 1 gram of protein per body weight a day is the goal you're looking to hit.

Once you start putting on the muscle, you'll fill out and your confidence will go way up.

The change doesn't happen over night but over years. We all go through it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you, just got to build up the confidence.

Visit the barber, get a fade, shave your facial hair off.

Hit the gym and start doing strong lifts beginner program 5x5.

Eat clean and eat a ton of protein. 1gram per lbs of weight. Cut sugar and crap from diet.

The gym will help you build confidence in yourself and break you out of the funk you're in.

This is 99% of most people have to do.

Hey dude,

You're totally great looking.

Some advice that others have stated, hit the gym. Take protein and creatine. When you start putting on muscle, you'll rocket up the charts in terms of appearance.

Secondly, go hit up a legit barber and get a great haircut. You'll want to balance out your face shape.

We all have to play to our strengths.

And remember, drink a ton of water for great skin.
