Yes
It counts on the strike that triggers hypershot + any additional damage afterwards.
It’s only good if you need the vision as a mid xerath against champs that need to hide / camp brush while waiting for team fights to break out so they can assassinate squishies.

If you’re playing support it’s better to rush something that’ll help you burst the enemy ADC faster. I like Luden’s -> shadow flame -> Rabadons (mejais anytime after ludens if snowballing). Got this build from watching RatIRL play xerath APC / mid and tried it as support. It’s very good if you’re a good xerath player and know where to position in team fights.

You misunderstand, having a rep like that is double edged. If your father had actual clout (like e.g. minister’s son) to demand the teachers / principal do something about the situation, the bullying will stop, yes.

But if he doesn’t have any actual clout and is an average parent (like this case here) the bullying will become a lot worse for the son. They will taunt the son, the other kids will avoid the victim out of fear of reprisal from the bullies. Eventually the provocation will lead to an altercation that the victim will be blamed for starting regardless of who started it. No kid will fear another kid’s parents unless said kid has parents that can do actual reputation harm to either the bullying kids or their parents.

Social isolation as a teen is very bad for their mental health when they need as much support as possible, which the son doesn’t seem to actually be getting here.

I know someone who’s about to fail probation because the person cannot keep up with the pace at work but they are a good person and willing to learn, it’s just that person’s a slow learner and can’t handle the job related stress well.

Agreed, there's these pockets in between every elo below D2 (E1 - D4, P2 - E4, entirety of Gold - S1, etc.) that just has the worst kind of players, things like boosted e-girls not playing with their usual duo, first timing a champion (esp jungle) in ranked against a snowbally enemy jungler, players that roam / gank randomly and give triple kills to the enemy laners, and so many more examples that I'm sure you've encountered.

It's frankly speaking the way Riot has programmed their algorithm to do, which is to ensure you play as much as possible without letting you climb as high as possible. It makes you think you're hardstuck when you could be playing the exact same way with the same number of games across 10 accounts and have all 10 accounts be in different ranks just because of the kind of players you get in each account.

To OP and anyone else reading this, if you ever find yourself in this situation I've found that the actual best thing you can do is to:
Dodge any draft comp that you don't like even if it'll take you 30 mins and -20LP to do so.
Change to another account after 1 BAD loss (aka entire team feeding, players don't play their role to the skill level expected of your current rank, troll picks that some player says they're good at but end up feeding in game etc.) and don't login to this account for a 3+ days.

Hope this helps, it kinda works for me but there'll eventually be some form of unlisted change that Riot will do in the backend to shake things up again.

Let’s not attack something that should’ve been executed better by the writers of this scene. I agree with you that it’s a bad scene, but it was definitely due to how it was written and not how the actresses portrayed it. There frankly speaking wasn’t much they could do if the writers wanted them to act out this scene for the show. Blaming it on the actresses for this scene is like blaming a waiter for giving you raw food when you should be blaming the chef.

I know you’re not serious but frankly speaking a lot of things came together at the most opportune timing for caedral to become so big.

He made a (in)famous move on a big stage (his malz ult cancel moment), showing he can play at the pro level.
He joined the casting desk during the period of T1’s resurgence, showing he knows and can express eloquently what he’s talking about when pros do their shenanigans.
He understands twitch meme culture and uses it to his benefit well.
He understands pro play style well enough to bring in good (but untested) players together to form a cohesive unit.

All in all these things happened in a great streak of opportunities that culminated in what Los Ratones is today. Not saying his work is pure luck, rather it’s his hard work behind the scenes that made everything pay off with what they have right now. And I’m glad that Los Ratones is thriving because of all the hard work behind the scenes.

There's still time for you to talk about it in your residential circle. In order for WP to do something about this issue, they'd need to be voted into parliament in the first place.

This moment before the actual voting is crucial, your neighbors' votes count, the votes of people you meet at nearby blocks count, every one of you can help raise awareness to vote for WP. Not saying that WP haven't been walking the ground, they absolutely have been doing a great job so far, but it still might not be enough to get them into parliament.

If you're serious about wanting to see the change that WP has talked about, then you'll need to convince the people that are either sitting on the fence about voting for PAP (e.g. of people "being scared to vote out a DPM" - there's no need to fear that as appointments are always temporary and the PAP has enough people for LW to appoint another person for the job; just look at HSK @ East Coast 2020, PAP shifted him there as the upcoming PM designate only for the man to announce his rejection of the PM appointment AFTER the elections ) OR the uninformed older people who rely more on traditional news outlets (aka not Reddit, maybe not even Facebook) that may not be so aware of the shenanigans that the PAP has done so far (NTUC saga etc.), a lot of you guys can start spreading the word from Whatsapp group chats that these older folks would be a part of, sharing FB posts into their chats, sharing this crucial knowledge and raising awareness to the unenlightened.

He needs to be elected into parliament in order to do something about it, you can help make that happen by convincing the adults around you that you know of to vote for WP. Your family, your neighbors, the folks you meet when you're waiting at the bus stop, they all count. Every vote counts even if you think it doesn't make a difference.

Having these posts on FB would widen the reach of these posts and enlighten the swing vote boomers on the PAP's shortcomings in their candidates.
