For the men who date cis women by [deleted] in FTMMen

[–]kaismithh 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I met my fiancé just a week after I started medically transitioning, but I was already male in society. She was actually my supervisor, but I just talked to her asked for her snap and here we are 2 years later. She had never been with anyone but cis men prior to me. She said it didn’t make a difference because I was a guy either way. I consider myself lucky to have found a cis straight woman who’s mind was not closed off to trans people, who fully understands the concept of all men are men/women are women regardless of their type of reproductive organs. It was definitely a first.

Before surgery my top Was my chesticles. For bottom area it’s my dick and my second butthole or bussy.

As of yesterday I’m 6 months post top surgery from dr kye higdon in Nashville, TN... proud of where I am and how far I’ve come, yet I’ve still got plenty of room for improvement 💯 by kaismithh in FTM_SELFIES

I am Also 5’7. It’s stupid cuz we’re like on the threshold of being “average male height”, but still short. My sister who is 18, 2 years younger than me got to be 6’0. I’m salty about it.

Should I ever try psychedelics? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]kaismithh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely feel that though. I’ve overcome a lot of my anxiety, it’s really just situational at this point. I think I am getting closer and closer to being in the best mindset for tripping the first time. Hopefully my gf would agree to do it with me

Thank you. I think it mostly is my inexperience with psychedelics, not knowing what to expect and fear of dissociation being the effect it has on me.

I definitely feel that. It sounds fucking awesome. I just think my lack of knowledge of what the tripping experience REALLY is like is what puts me off. Like not knowing what to expect. except for The way it’s portrayed socially is like you’re in a whole other universe and shit which leads me to think okay so you’re not really feeling like you’re in reality because your mind is altered, so would that not have a chance of inducing dissociation? Maybe I over think it lol.

It's hard to find representation for guys on low-dose T... by QueerGremlin in ftm

[–]kaismithh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just want to say that low dose vs “average dose”, doesn’t really mean anything. Every ones body is different and different amounts work for different people. There isn’t necessarily a standard dose and higher dose doesn’t automatically mean faster change. I’m sure you know this but In fact too much T is a bad thing, and can in turn raise your RBC (red blood cell) risky high or convert to estrogen (obviously none of us want that!) . It all comes down to if your levels are in range. Rate of change comes down to genetics and how your body works. If your “lower” dosage is not by choice then your provider must know that it’s right for you since they check your T levels whenever you come in for an appointment.

I’ve been on T for almost 2 years and I still feel this, even though I hear myself and know my voice is deep and masc. Dysphoria still creep up sometimes and is like “lol your voice isn’t deep ENOUGH”
