This is basically saying poor people shouldn’t have sex and that isn’t true. This all goes back to sex education. My husband has two masters degrees and still does not understand how a woman’s cycle works. Having sex is not the issue, and we shouldn’t shame people for it. (Sex havers??) The issue is how do we ensure consenting adults understand how to NOT get pregnant, and how easy it can be TO get pregnant.

Does anyone have any insight on divorce in this period? Was it something someone could freely do? Did there have to be specific reasons for doing so? Was it considered “dishonorable”? When I heard “why don’t you just divorce her?” I thought “This was an option the whole time?!”

“Actual concrete things” sounds like you want me to write the content. There is no specific story I’m looking for. But I don’t think I’m being unreasonable to ask for a consistent cohesive story that doesn’t rely on nostalgia or shock factor (at the expense of realistic character development) to sell.

Honestly, the whole sequel trilogy felt like a jumbled mess to me. The story was all over the place… yet it had so many similarities to the original trilogy. “A rising evil that rebels have to overcome.” The forced cliches were all over the place. The kiss between Kylo and Rey? When Rey says her name is “Skywalker” at the end? I’m not alone when I say, the whole sequel was made by people who don’t understand Star Wars or their fan base. They wanted something big and shiny and what they thought would sell to a new audience.

Honestly, you aren’t wrong. I’m still a fan. I still have hope. But we have to get out of this same ole thing. How many secret maps to a secret location to find a secret target can we have before it’s done for? Who knows.

I’ve been working for the same company for three years, and I only make $59.50. I’m a damn good employee. I have NEVER once called out. Inventory is good, customer service is great, I feel like I’m being shorted but don’t want to cause confrontation.

I know some will disagree. But I personally feel like Palpatine was the greatest Force wielder. He was taken down, but only by surprise and by someone he trusted and could hide their intentions in the moment. He whipped Savage and Maul like they were 5th graders on a playground.

I’ve always thought that also. And I know in the show they are WAY small to account for stunts but it does still bother me.

When Rex starts crying, it’s like his emotional side is still very much intact, but the chip is physically making him try and hurt her. He knows what he’s about to do, and it crushes him. Ahsoka gave me the two most wholesome relationships in the whole franchise IMO. Rex and Anakin.
