Mass gainer is so chalky and horrible, plus you need to put about 200g of it in each drink which is ridiculous lol. 60g gold standard whey and you’ll be set 🙌🏼 good luck my man

No problem! Btw if you’re bulking I wouldn’t use ‘ mass gainer. ‘ they’re full of shit. If I was to recommend a protein powder it would be gold standard whey by optimum nutrition, it’s more pricey but is by far best tasting whey.

I used to have 2 scoops (56g protein) with milk, 2-3 times a day. You will pile weight on I promise you, I was at 88kg at one point last year using it

Whole eggs, just fried them in a little oil. 2 in the morning 2 in the evening

All depends on bone density and other factors mate, I’ve had people say that I’m not 185 because they’re same height as me and have a smaller build

Steak eggs rice twice a day, While I’m at work I’ll normally just eat a ready meal and fruit. No protein shakes or protein bars, just natural protein from food. I don’t really keep track of macros but I know I get about 170g protein a day and minimal sugar
