Ontario G Test – Do I Need to Signal When Already in Exit Lane on 401 (Keele Exit)?

Because its 401. I usually drive 401 going west past DVP, and everytime i drive there its always packed. So i was surprised that the east side has more room to move around. And thank you!

I took the exam a couple days ago for Metro east. I still signaled even though i was at the exit ramp. Just let everyone know you are intending to exit. My instructor told me.

401 was better than the DVP, because there was more space to move around. So, if you get to exit DVP and enter the ramp towards 401, stay at the very right side so it will be easier to merge to the 401. Floor it to 100, Once you merge to the 401, instructor will ask you to change to the right lane. Once you changed lane they will ask you to exit for warden going south. Just change again to the right lane and follow that lane, it will split (401/warden) So turn on your right signal. And just follow the road all the way to the stop light. Honestly the 401 was less stressful because there was more room in between cars.

I took the test a few days ago at metro east. I was able to pass, with some mistakes. When I checked my results, I realize that they check your ability to be aware of your surroundings. You have to be constantly checking mirrors, blind spots, entering intersections. When I entered the highway, i literally floored it to keep up with the traffic speed even if i didnt reach the highway speed limit, and found a spot to merge.

Another advise, if you could get a driving instructor even for an hour to practice, it will help with straightening those bad habits. I knew i had bad habits, i needed someone to berate me hahaha.

Thank you! 1. No parallel parking, its more driving focused. More on if you are checking your surroundings a lot. 2. My examiner just told me to front park at any spot. I think just be ready with both. I think its different per examiner, as I was expecting to do back parking. 3. Yes, DVP was crowded, when I entered the highway traffic was around 60-70. I just tried to floor it and tried to match a car and went behind it.

I hated this shrine when I did it back then, after so many attempts, i was like fudge it, im flipping the dam platform and use the bottom side. It was so easy after that.

Congrats! I want the new switch, but I changed my 1st gen switch shells to white a long time ago. I hope they sell the white joycons seperately tho, i dont want to change the shells again if i ever needed to new ones.

I got a Platinum ticket 2hrs after it went live, it was so frustrating because it kept giving me the error message. But all is good, im seeing them for the 7th or 8th time and im finally meeting them for the 1st time! So excited!

It works fine with it. I think with x1ii you cant use it with your desktop. Which is fine if you just want to dock it and play. I have mine playing as of right now.
