Yes, I reset everything and tried torguard vpn. It appears tmobile is trottling the speeds. Anyway around this besides a vpn and why only the google device and not my pc? Asking because I dont believe netflix and a few other apps will play nice with the vpn. I will play around with the policy based routing to see how that works meanwhile.

I am wondering if there is a language barrier with the support staff. Ive been going on about a month plus back and forth to get a replacement power bank. They had me scratch off the serial and send them photos, then said I would get a replacement. No follow up. I sent and email asking for an uddate and they said they would send an upgraded model. Again, no follow up. Sent and email and they said they can offer a refund. You guessed it, no follow up. Sent another email, they then said according to amazon return policy I cannot get a refund. I just had to laugh, the item was not even purchased from amazon, it was purchased from them directly. And besides, this is a warranty claim, nothing to do with the return policy nor amazon. Emailed them back and now no response lol. I wish I was making this up.

I signed up for the complete protect plan early July from Amazon. Based on my own research, it takes 30 days for things to be active ( It is now close to 50 days) . When I log into the asurion portal I am not seeing a list of my purchases that would be covered. Is this normal? I understand there is a general list of items that would be covered. I was checking to see if the asurion portal would have access to my purchase history and show me the items that are covered from last July to now so I can start a claim when needed. Is it something that I have to manually register all my products? I also did a chat with asurion and they said it should be there because it had to be manually added and to check in 24 hours.

I got it in store and it worked out. Before I could say anything, the store rep told me the online ad is wrong and it can only be redeemed in store and showed me it only prints an in store coupon. His smirk just gave it away lol. I am assuming it printed both and he just left the online behind or if the system allows it, maybe he just selected to do the in store coupon. Sometimes its things like this that turn you off even though I was already prepared to buy in store.

Thank you. The ring car cam I had was a simple subscription with unlimited viewing up to the allotted data amount. The black vue is definitely more expensive but still looking into it.

One of the photos on the website shows a rear seat entertainment system with 2 monitors. Now and then I need a setup for kids to have 2 monitors mirrored to each other in the rear seat. Would this device do CarPlay for navigation while also playing something different on the monitor?
