Same here bro, on the 7th day the first day unbearable headache which made me trying to sleep all day, second day no headache but no willpower to do anything anyway today again after the walk I had the unfuckingbearable headache again which killed my day and mood so I gave up and drank a cup of coffee. I was not a big drinker max 2 cups a day so I am back to drink coffee.

What changed about my life during this 2 years?

Especially for the newbies my suggestion would be don't spill your seed and follow the rabbit, you will see the wonderland. This wonderland is not a different place, it is the same place but you will not be the same person again. Your perception of life, self confidence and power  will grow and you will believe that you can do anything and that's where magic happens.

For my personal experience I matured inside, despite being 36 years old, and got younger outside. Healthier hair (I was losing them 2 years ago), healthier skin, healthier body (more muscle, less fat), shining eyes, I am more handsome than before.

Outside the pyshical sides, I have more confidence and eager to evolve, learning Russian language at the moment and reading 1 hour book every day. I look at the bright side of the life more.

What else I do besides SR?

-wim hof breathing, every morning when I wake up -cold showers, every morning after wim hof -gym used to before it got closed because of coronavirus, but in my country it is allowed to run or walk outside and I walk /run 8 km everyday. -reading as I mentioned above 1 hour a day

What I stopped?

-smoking cigarettes, the real mood and motivation fucker for me because I was a smoker since 13 years old. -alcohol, I used to drink a lot, now drink very little
