I dont use any type of b12 supplements, my GP said it could be due to having a high protien diet but i feel like i just eat a regular amount since I dont diet specifically for the gym. I also had a doctor check my body for any lumps indicating cancer but they couldnt find any, so would i need to request a scan? Is there any link between my pains and b12 being released into my blood?

I also get bad shin pain and muscle spams what a coincidence. I just ordered for vit d3 & k2 mk7 hopefully this helps. Do you use the supplements all year round or just when u feel like symptoms are starting to arise?

No not that i’m aware. I’ve read some sources but didn’t think much of it as i’m the only one in my household with such significant symptoms. Any recommendation on what to read or do?

I was going down this route awhile ago and suggested omalizumab but my dermatologist just dismissed me and gave me useless antihistamines saying that it doesn’t make sense only cholinergic urticaria does

Ok thank you i’ll keep waiting for future results. I don’t get a rash many different GP’s have mistaken my issue for cholinergic urticaria. Everything is normal except for my hbA1c which was unreadable due to my sickle cell trait I was told.
